Two degrees are better than one in the field of finance, especially when earned from two leading business schools — WUSTL and Singapore Management University. The new Global Master of Finance Dual Degree program is designed to meet the needs of today’s global marketplace with specialized skills in finance and a unique opportunity to study U.S. and Asian markets firsthand. An information session is set for Wednesday, April 24.

For the fifth year in a row, WUSTL members of Kappa Delta Pi (KDP), the international honor society in education, led a service project that focuses on literacy and benefits local grade-schoolers. Pre-K through sixth-grade students and their teachers at Cool Valley Elementary School were the lucky recipients of more than 350 books donated by the education students.

Described by The New York Times as “an artist’s artist,” painter Peter Saul (BFA ’56) has provided lush, lurid and scathingly satirical commentaries on political, social and historical events for more than 50 years. Saul was one of seven alumni recognized by the Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts at its sixth annual Awards for Distinction dinner.
